We engage with IHC for help with our private healthcare benefit (we also use them for our death in service and long term sickness insurances). IHC goes out to market on our behalf, collates all of the quotes and presents them to us in easy-to-understand language.

They also provide their insights and advice on which policy would best suit our needs; any questions I have at any point (often I ask them the same questions many times, because I keep forgetting the answers – they’re very patient with me) are always answered quickly. Their service is absolutely brilliant, I cannot fault them.

Any time I email Naz with stupid questions, she’s always super quick to reply and help, she responds clearly and always gives me the info I need and it’s been so helpful lately with Phoenix often asking for awkward info at the drop of a hat!

In the time I’ve worked with IHC & Naz, I have been really impressed with her professionalism and work ethic, I really will miss working with all of you, particularly Naz & John as they are great. I wanted to put on record my thanks to IHC generally, and to Louise specifically, for getting our death in service package in place.

By way of background, I’m the new CFO at Unilink and I previously used IHC’s services at Synthace (for BUPA/medical).

I introduced you.Louise has of course been highly professional throughout, secured rock star pricing, and has now gone above and beyond to make sure that we, the customer, do what we need to do to actually get this done ie sign some simple forms that she even helped partially complete before our review. She’s chased diligently, politely, and without her, we would have stumbled. Our fault but she has really looked after our interests.IHC are lucky (or should I say well managed) to attract and retain people of the calibre of Louise. I am delighted that IHC and Louise have supported us so well, that my recommendation her at Unilink was a good one, and I’ll be only too happy to recommend you to others. In fact, I’m a member of two different “startup CFO forums” and I’ll put a shout out for IHC on both over the weekend.We’ll be back, I hope, for permanent health soon.
