Jayne’s drive to offer her clients their own tailored solutions which match their exact needs is first class. Her exceptional knowledge of the marketplace and all health-related aspects enables her to offer unrivalled advice to both new and existing clients, providing them with real business benefits and payback for their investment.

John is an experienced health and wellness professional with a strong commercial and customer focus. He is passionate about achieving the best possible results for his clients, and uses his strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to drive excellent outcomes.

John has a proven and sustained track record of success and delivery for his clients, and works closely with them to meet their needs and requirements.

Philip is part of both the Group Health and UK Protection teams at IHC. He has many years of established industry experience and works with a wide range of companies to provide professional advice and deliver benefit strategies and programmes that best meet the needs of his clients.

With a clinical and business background, Philip has a clear focus on what will work best from a company and employee perspective. He has a particular interest in how employee wellbeing can improve business performance.

Tracy has long-established experience in the healthcare industry, having worked with Bupa, Bowring Healthcare, and HSBC Actuaries & Consultants before joining IHC. She manages a large portfolio of clients, offering her expertise and advice on private medical insurance, cash plans, employee assistance programmes and dental insurance.

Tracy is very professional and trustworthy, and believes in building long-term client relationships. She has a wealth of experience in the different plans and insurers available, and tailors her advice to ensure every client receives the best solutions for them.

Norman is an experienced healthcare adviser, having worked in the industry for over 22 years. He works with clients from SME companies looking for all forms of employee benefits advice, including medical insurance, travel insurance, flex benefits and cash plans.

Norman’s enthusiasm to resolve issues and ensure his clients are kept happy is always at the forefront of his daily duties. He looks after a large portfolio of clients and supports a number of senior consultants within IHC. Norman enjoys working closely with his clients and making their lives easier with his personal touch as he tries to make insurance fun!

Karen joined IHC in April 2005, having previously worked for a national insurer in their pensions department. She is highly experienced and well versed in both personal medical insurance schemes and group medical schemes for SMEs.

Karen has a detailed understanding of insurers and their products, which enables her to match the available schemes to each client’s specific needs. Her commitment to looking after her clients and building a strong rapport with them, results in an enviable retention rate.

Simon has been with IHC since 2016 and utilises his experience and knowledge to identify a client’s bespoke healthcare scheme design.

He guides clients through the complex healthcare market to provide a tailored healthcare solution that suits their business needs.

Simon is known for his dedicated hard work ethic, resourcefulness, negotiation skills and ensures that client satisfaction is maintained.

He delivers a high standard of account management and administration support to his clients throughout the whole year.

He focuses on New Business and existing Private Medical Insurance schemes, Health Cash Plans, Group Dental Insurance policies, Health Assessments as well as Employee Assistance Programmes.

Chris delivers specialist private medical support and solutions for an extensive portfolio of schemes, staying up to date with market trends and provider innovations in order to provide the best service.

Chris has many years of experience in the health insurance industry, with knowledge in a wide range of products, providers and additional benefit offerings, including dental and cash plans. He works with both SME and large corporate clients to ensure their requirements are met.

Tim has over 25 years of experience in the customer service industry. He has established experience within the broker industry, having joined IHC in September 2019. Tim works closely with clients as an Account Manager, and also looks after some of the company’s social media presence.

Tim enjoys the variety of his role at IHC, as every day is different. He relishes the different questions and queries from every client and loves working in such a fantastic and knowledgeable team.

Dominic has a wealth of experience in global and UK benefits, and joined IHC in 2022. He is dedicated to providing a first class service, and supports the consulting team to achieve best in class outcomes for every client.

Dominic enjoys forming great working relationships with clients. He is also skilled in multitasking and written communication, and loves problem solving.

David joined IHC in 2021 as an Account Executive in the Group Health team, bringing with him many years of experience in employee benefits.

David uses his knowledge and understanding to assist and support the consulting team on a range of different healthcare scheme products. He also looks after a portfolio of clients, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.

Alice joined IHC in January 2023 with many years of administration experience in the private and public sector. She assists the consulting and account management team with the complex administration requirements of running successful benefit programmes.

Alice also supports senior managers within IHC, and ensures correspondence is dealt with during offsite meetings.

John is a specialist claims management expert for group income protection, life and critical illness insurance claims. He works within the group protection team, providing a unique service through helping corporate clients manage difficult and more complex claims with ease.

John has extensive knowledge and experience in this area, and adds considerable value to the service offered to our clients.

Nazmi joined IHC in 2013, having previously worked for the largest UK protection insurer for five years. She has valuable experience in pressurised environments, and is highly skilled at self-motivation and working on her own initiative to get the best results.

Nazmi enjoys working in the group risk team at IHC, and has developed a comprehensive skill set and an innovative and solution-focused approach. She uses her expertise and experience to ensure she continually meets the needs of both SME and large corporate clients.

Hayley joined IHC in 2014 after gaining experience in the general insurance industry. Within the group protection team, she provides claims management support to clients, and assists senior consultants with their portfolios of corporate clients.

Hayley has an extensive knowledge of a wide range of employee benefits products and additional services, and provides an end-to-end service for clients, making a difference in their provision of employee benefits.

Rob joined the IHC group protection team following three years working for Capita. He has a good knowledge and understanding of flex schemes and deals with general administration processes to ensure that he meets the needs of every client.

Monika works in the Group Protection team, supporting two consultants with their portfolio of clients. She comes from a strong group protection background, and has extensive administrative experience in this field.

Monika provides clients with daily assistance and support in the handling of their Corporate Employee Benefit packages, in particular assisting with the processing of annual renewals, market reviews, medical underwriting, claims, and general day-to-day scheme enquiries. Monika is also Cert CII qualified, having passed a number of industry exams in group protection.

Danny joined IHC in 2018, bringing his decades of experience in financial services and knowledge of employee benefits. He has an exceptional understanding of the whole group protection market, including flexible benefits and pensions. Danny is dedicated to finding the best benefits solutions for every client.

Harrison has been in the group risk industry for 10 years. Having previously worked at Zurich, he has extensive experience in flex products, accounting and general administration processes to ensure the clients’ needs are met.

Harrison joined IHC in October 2023 and is enjoying learning the broker way of working. He works alongside the consultants, ensuring they have everything they need when conducting a market review or renewal. Harrison really enjoys working with such a great team, and loves the flexibility of his role.

Melanie became part of the IHC group protection team in 2020 and provides exceptional day-to-day support to the consultants.

Mel previously worked with two risk insurers, giving her unparalleled skills and knowledge on all aspects of renewals, claims management and underwriting. She works hard to ensure that clients’ expectations and requirements are met and delivered in a timely manner.
